THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I would not advise anyone to book with AlphaRooms.com
They offer zero customer service when you call them, their Customer Service line is costly with long waits to be answered and staff that don't give a dam, infact they all seemed to have been on the same training course to treat the customer with contempt.
All enquires have to be by email which they ignore so your back to square one to call them again which will lead you nowhere again.
