Key snapped in door on first night and locked out. Had to pay for hotel. Appalling service. Avoid at all costs

Booked 'quality' accomodation at Cobble Stones Holt, besides bathroom being downstairs (brochure didn't make this clear) the wasp problem(known about before we arrived but not sorted before or during our stay) and bolier breaking down we had a great time!!!???
