Well I would like to pint out that most 5 star hotels area 3 anyway in turkey and the customer service was good from Blue Sea Holidays. The best way to book a holiday with them is to research your destination on trip advisor and ask them to find you the place you want to go. I had a really good deal and im happy with the service. Tickets areemailed to you and they will send you a test email to confirm details etc..

Booked a holiday with this company to Tunisia which was a Thomas Cook holiday. When I checked with Thomas Cook same holiday was £100 cheaper. Talked in to paying extra for a room upgrade however this was not shown on the booking summary when emailed to me. Check before you book a holiday with them.

Had the worst experience ever with a travel agency. Booked a holiday with them and 2 days before departure advised we were being moved. Offered same standard etc but on arrival it was totally hurrendous, we are now going through court proceedings as the Company doesnt want to take responsibility and are passing the Buck!! Jenny and Tracey very unhelpful throughout. No overseas contact number provided. NO FACILITIES AT BIGEHAM HOTEL, SHOCKING, NOT FIT FOR A DOG. We have photographic and video evi

Went with blue sea to majorca in july - stayed at the club hotel tonga as recommended by becki, - had a great time and service from blue sea was excellent - would recommend

I feel VERY disappointed with blue sea holidays, after being sold a ''FABULOUS 5 STAR all inclusive holiday in Hotel Litera, Icmeler, Turkey. It was no way a 5 star, more like a poor 3 star!! Very basic rooms, reps with attituded (Goldtrail), food barely acceptable, entertainment VERY poor and totally misrepresented by your staff Jenny and Lisa!! I shall be putting my complaint on every 'trip advisor' forum TO WARN OTHERS!!! Having just lost my Father, I needed a break...... I wish I had stayed

my husband and I took a short break to gran canaria in march at the maspalomas lopasean hotel was fabulous in every way value for money was only found with blue sea holidays as theirs was the cheapest deal!!!!
