We travelled to Tenerife in December 12 to a four star hotel. The hotel generally was good but the room we were allocated for def not 4 star. The so called rep allocated to the Paradise Park was a complete waste of time. We sorted the room. They took our booking for a holiday in Lanzarote. Then lost it and told us it no longer existed. We made a fresh booking with them. Then we were told the original booking did still exist and they charged us twice. They still owe us over a thousand pounds 8 weeks on. AVOID

Don't normally write reviews, but am really incensed by this company. We booked online for summer 2013, at a good price (£100 less than lastminute.com) but received a phone call almost 24 hrs later claiming the flights we had chosen were no longer available and we would have to pay an extra £400 to secure our holiday. We had a very difficult start as the company did not provide the right flight times (it was the start of a new service and they were not updated on a change). This caused distress. However on return they very efficiently fully refunded costs of unnecessary airport taxi fares and provided a £50 voucher without quibble when I explained the situation. The holiday itself in Malta was very good value. I would book again.

Crooks indeed. Despite a pre-paid booking the coach that was due to take us - a family of five - from hotel to airport never turned up, so I had to pay for a last minute taxi. After getting back to UK filed a complaint with them and asked for a refund - after literally months of standard letters they effectively accused me of lying, claiming that the coach did turn up. A complete and utter nightmare, these people are crooks stay away from them . I called India 34 times at 30 pence a minute, going from 20th in phone queue to 2nd then being cut off. My phone bill was £126 for calls ,every call was a waste of time .

Wouldnt touch with barge pole,,call centre for problems in India and you have to pay..on phone for 15 mins a time. They are liars too. Never replied to emails after 3rd sent. Disgusting service. I will NEVER use again!!

Haven't actually taken my holiday yet, but I'm so disappointed so far. We have booked a flight with Viking Airways, which is apparently so obscure that no information regarding the airline is available on the lowcost website. So I had to phone for information on baggage allowance on an expensive number, only to receive an automated response saying check the website! I emailed and waited over two weeks for a response, which first told me the allowance was 20kg, then two weeks later another email
