Crooks indeed. Despite a pre-paid booking the coach that was due to take us - a family of five - from hotel to airport never turned up, so I had to pay for a last minute taxi. After getting back to UK filed a complaint with them and asked for a refund - after literally months of standard letters they effectively accused me of lying, claiming that the coach did turn up. A complete and utter nightmare, these people are crooks stay away from them . I called India 34 times at 30 pence a minute, going from 20th in phone queue to 2nd then being cut off. My phone bill was £126 for calls ,every call was a waste of time .

Wouldnt touch with barge pole,,call centre for problems in India and you have to pay..on phone for 15 mins a time. They are liars too. Never replied to emails after 3rd sent. Disgusting service. I will NEVER use again!!

Haven't actually taken my holiday yet, but I'm so disappointed so far. We have booked a flight with Viking Airways, which is apparently so obscure that no information regarding the airline is available on the lowcost website. So I had to phone for information on baggage allowance on an expensive number, only to receive an automated response saying check the website! On arrival at hotel no booking had been made despite having paid LowCostBeds some nine months previously. Hotel allowed us to stay. LowCostBeds took four days to make alternative arrangements and then insisted we paid the original hotel for the three night stay or they would call security! We booked and paid for a family holiday. A cpl of days later we were that the price we had agreed on’t tinternet had increased - so we had to pay an additional £140.00. A week prior to the holiday we were informed the flights had fell through and were given new flights 22hrs later - so in essence we paid more than advertised and got a day less holiday. Great value, but when trying to confirm luggage limits spent ages on an expensive 0871 number in a queue to the call centre. Eventually gave up and sent an e-mail instead, but still waiting over a week later for a response.
