Accessibility
We want TripBuster to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using a keyboard, screen reader or enlarged text.
Using this website
Use the skip link at the top of the page to move straight to the main content. Interactive controls have visible keyboard focus, and forms use text labels. You can enlarge text or zoom using your browser settings.
Maps are supplementary. Offer details and business information are also presented as text, so using a map is not required to read a listing or contact a seller.
Our approach
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This is a development target, not a claim that an independent accessibility audit has certified every part of the service.
Third-party pages, booking systems and services may behave differently from TripBuster. We cannot control their design, but a travel business may be able to offer another way to discuss or book a trip.
Report a barrier
Tell us which page or task caused difficulty, what happened and what you expected instead. If you are comfortable doing so, include your browser, device and any assistive technology. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis.
If the problem prevents you from making a holiday enquiry, use a published phone or email contact on the seller's profile where available.
Accessibility of your holiday
Website accessibility and the suitability of a holiday are different matters. Speak directly to the selling business about transport, accommodation and assistance requirements before booking. Ask for confirmation of the arrangements that matter to you in writing.
