TripBuster for travel businesses

Show travellers the people behind your offers. TripBuster introduces UK travellers to participating independent travel businesses, with the seller named on every listing.

Your business stays visible

Your offers link to your company profile and enquiry route. Travellers choose who they contact, and bookings take place directly with your business. TripBuster does not operate a central checkout.

The initial programme is for participating Travelgenix clients. Access is arranged with the TripBuster team; signing in does not automatically approve a company or publish its offers.

What you need to provide

Listings need accurate information and a reliable contact route. Before publication, prepare:

  • Your trading and legal details, website and a clear company introduction.
  • A lead recipient whose email address has been verified.
  • Offer dates, departure points, inclusions and the exact party and price basis.
  • Any applicable protection information and the seller's booking terms.
  • Permission to publish the supplied descriptions and images.

Keep offers useful

Check your prices and availability, withdraw offers you can no longer fulfil, and explain material restrictions clearly. Imported website offers require review and confirmation of their price basis before publication.

An overdue price check can cause the displayed price to be withheld. Do not use unsupported savings claims or present a private customer quote as a public offer.

Enquiries and customer care

Respond to the traveller using their chosen contact method. Keep service messages separate from marketing and respect the consent attached to an enquiry. Your business handles the booking contract, payments, protection and booking-related complaints.

If you already have workspace access, company administrators can manage their company details and team. Contact your existing TripBuster or Travelgenix account contact for participation enquiries.
