Ask about a holiday
Use the enquiry button on the offer or the selling business's profile. Include the offer you are interested in, your preferred dates, party and total budget. The page names the business that will receive your message.
An existing booking or urgent travel help
Contact the travel business that took your booking using the details on your confirmation or travel documents. They can help with payments, changes, cancellations and assistance while you are away.
TripBuster does not hold your booking or take payment. For urgent help during travel, use the emergency or out-of-hours number supplied by your travel provider.
A website or listing issue
Make a note of the page address, the business named on it and what appears to be wrong. If you have an enquiry reference, include that too. Keep copies of relevant correspondence, but do not send card details or passport scans.
